This Seller Commission Policy outlines the commission structure, fees, and
settlement terms applicable to all sellers registered on the BazariyaHub platform.

3. New Seller Launch Program
To support new businesses joining BazariyaHub, the following launch benefits apply
for the first 90 days:
1. Reduced Commission Rates — Eligible categories may receive 1–2% reduced
commission during the launch period.
2. Free Seller Registration — No onboarding or registration charges.
3. Free Product Upload Assistance — BazariyaHub team will assist with initial
catalog setup.
4. Marketing Support — Selected sellers may be featured in launch campaigns,
banners, and social media promotions.
4. Payment Settlement Policy
4.1 Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
Seller payments for COD orders will be settled within 7 working days after
successful delivery and completion of the return window.
4.2 Online Paid Orders
For prepaid orders, settlements will be processed within 5–7 working days after
delivery confirmation.
4.3 Return & Refund Adjustment
If an order is returned or refunded, the corresponding commission and payout will
be adjusted automatically from the seller's account.

6. Seller Performance & Penalties

right to apply penalties in the following cases:

Late shipment / delayed dispatch PKR 100–500 per order

8. Seller Responsibilities
All sellers must:

9. BazariyaHub Rights
BazariyaHub reserves the right to:
• Modify commission rates with prior notice.
• Suspend or terminate seller accounts for policy violations.
• Run promotional campaigns that may require seller participation or
discounts.
• Adjust settlements for refunds, returns, or disputes.
