1. Dispatch & Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched by individual vendors within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification with shipment tracking numbers as soon as your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
2. Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for major city hubs, and up to 7 business days for remote destinations. Delivery speeds depend on the selected carrier and destination location.
3. Multi-Vendor Parcel Splitting
Because our platform hosts multiple independent sellers, if you purchase items from different vendors in a single checkout, your order will be automatically split. Each vendor will ship their parcel separately, meaning you will receive multiple packages with individual tracking numbers. No additional delivery fees will apply beyond the checkout totals.
4. Tracking Your Shipment
You can track the live movement of your packages by visiting the "Track Your Order" page in our footer. Simply enter your Order ID or shipment tracking number to view real-time carrier milestones.
